Watching this interview really helped me to gain an understanding of what goes into the creations of this company and how they have to think about everything they put into what they create for everyone they work for.
It has also helped me to listen to it from a CEO's point of view, because he has helped me to understand the thought process behind being in control of such a successful company.

ethical practice in a chosen market sector
I believe that there is relevant ethical practice within this advertising company that I have been looking at.
DDB Worldwide communications group, internationally known as DDB, created a new fresh way of thinking, they created a fun theory and I think that they have been able to create a better way of life for people through this theory.
For example, turning stairs in to a piano, so people would be more likely to take the stairs, which results in more exercise and a more healthy lifestyle.
Another example is when they created something called the speed lottery, which was basically a speed camera but if you were caught going over the speed limit then you would get a fine, and if you were going at the correct speed you would be put into a lottery with money from the speeding cars, this obviously makes people want to slow down and drive safer, making the surrounding roads safer for children.
And I believe this is ethical due to it effecting how people can live life better.
They also support campaigns for Greenpeace, helping them create adverts, and they are also a high believer in self expression and have created campaigns for that, such as musical changing rooms, which was an idea created due to the fact that youths are very categorised by fashion and music.

How to make a sexy car advert ...
I love this advert .. why?? Because it is telling the truth, have you seen a car advert that isn't trying to be sexy? No, and this advert tells you exactly what they put into one to try and make it look so good and it is all true.
Car adverts do try to be sexy, to entice people by creating the idea in their heads that this car is the ultimate thing that they need, I cant look at a car advert any more and take it seriously after watching this one, it's taking the mick out of something that people who have been creating these car adverts have actually been taking very seriously ... but I mean it has worked on most of us lets be honest! You must have seen a car on an advert with water dripping down its shiny finish, and thought wow ... now that's a car that will help my social life! In reality though the car its self isn't going to make anyone more sexy .. sorry to disappoint everyone!

The Fun Theory
A brand new initiative, that was originally created to represent Volkswagen, DDB were asked to create a campaign around the new blue motion technologies. But they didn't just create a campaign they created a whole new initiative, they focused on the thinking behind the cars, on the concept of fun and its power to change human behavior for the better. And this is how The Fun Theory came about, I think the experiments done were so creative and such amazing ideas such as when they turned the stairs of an underground into a piano which influenced more people to use the stairs instead of the escalator, this was proving that making things more fun can influence better choices in people. I went on to watch all the videos on the YouTube channel for the fun theory, and each one proved the same thing, that making something fun does influence people to make the preferred choice that they are lent towards making.
TBWA
This is possibly the best advertising company's in the world that I have come across, their ideas are so unique and inspirational.TBWA is part of Omnicom Group,. Omnicomʼs branded networks and numerous speciality firms provide advertising, strategic media planning and buying, digital and interactive marketing, direct and promotional marketing, public relations and other specialty communications services to over
5,000 clients in more than 100 countries.I find some of their ideas so inspirational such as their keep a child alive campaign, where a number of celebrities gave up their digital lives in order to support the campaign which was for raising more for people who have aids and HIV and they couldn't get their digital lives back until they had raised $1,000,000. I thought this idea was so clever because its such a different way to try and raise money for such a deserving cause.

This is the best idea created for pepsi
I think this idea is quite inspirational, it could possibly get people all over the world to join together to achieve a goal, to keep the world going through caring about things on our planet. Pepsi is drunk all over the world, so it has the potential to bring people together. I think the people that came up with this idea have been very clever, making the link between one product and people all over the world, trying to get people to come together and make a difference in our world.
